Delete your account

This revokes access immediately and begins deletion of your account data: profile, assessments, workout & nutrition logs, plans, memberships, subscriptions, friend connections, and order history. Active-system erasure is normally completed within 30 days; limited legal records and backups may remain temporarily as described in the Privacy Policy. This cannot be undone.

If you own a gym, you must transfer ownership or delete the gym before your account can be removed.
